This month the Workshop will celebrate the work of GIRL Skateboards, a prominent player in creating some of the most memorable skate videos from the past decade including “Mouse” and “Yeah Right!” Their latest film, “Unbeleafable,” will be the newest addition to this family.
Directed by Ty Evans in partnership with the Levi’s® Film Workshop, the film will be premiered for the first time ever at the Downtown Independent Theater in downtown LA. This premiere event will include a tribute to the past decade of GIRL’s cinematic skate works, including classics and rarities from the brand’s archive. Following the films, there will be a Q&A session with Ty Evans and the pro skaters from “Unbeleafable.”
